I’m Will Tremain, and I’m proud to be stepping into the role of Sales Manager at Tremains Real Estate’s Havelock North office.
Born and raised in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, I’ve always had a deep passion for our region and community. After attending Napier Boys' High School, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce at Victoria University of Wellington, graduating in 2020. Shortly after, I returned to Hawke’s Bay to join Tremains as a real estate salesperson, a role I embraced for nearly three years while also playing professional rugby for the Hawke’s Bay Magpies.
In 2023, I embarked on an OE (Overseas Experience), spending nearly two years abroad, including time traveling across Europe and Southeast Asia. While in London, I gained valuable insights into the international property market, working with Foxtons, London’s premier estate agency.
In this new chapter, I bring energy, a passion for people and property, and strong communication skills, along with broad market experience spanning both local and international markets. I’m excited to contribute to the ongoing success of Tremains and serve the vibrant Havelock North community.
