Since joining Tremains Taupō in 2020, Sarah Davidson has grown through a range of roles to her current position as Sales Manager. Starting in administration and working her way up, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the business and a genuine passion for people and leadership. Her energy, positivity and commitment to excellence set the tone for a high-performing and supportive team environment.
Before joining Tremains, Sarah built a successful 15-year career in the hotel industry, holding a variety of management roles with Millennium Hotels. This background helped shape her strong people skills and fostered a leadership style rooted in empathy, professionalism and a results-driven mindset.
Originally from Invercargill, Sarah moved to Taupō in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and community. She also spent two years living in London, where she embraced the opportunity to travel and explore different cultures- experiences that continue to inspire her today. Travel and music remain two of her greatest passions.
In 2024, Sarah proudly took part in the charity event Dance for Life Education, a memorable experience that reflected her commitment to personal growth and giving back to the community.
Committed to ongoing development, Sarah is focused on growing her leadership, expanding her knowledge and guiding the Tremains Taupō team with confidence, clarity and care.
