For the past decade, Ror has worked as a martial arts instructor, including many years owning and operating his own kickboxing gym in Hastings. Coaching people from all walks of life has allowed him to help others build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their personal goals. Through this experience, he has developed strong communication, discipline, and problem-solving skills that translate naturally into guiding clients through their property journey.
