With a strong foundation in hospitality, Rachael spent the early years of her career travelling extensively throughout the world, gaining valuable experience and developing exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Working across a variety of roles and cultures taught her the importance of adaptability, professionalism, and putting people first.
After returning home to New Zealand, Rachael transitioned into office administration and management, where she further developed her organisational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. During this time, she balanced her career with raising a family and helping to run a small business, experiences that strengthened her practical approach, resilience, and attention to detail.
Known for being approachable, personable, and genuinely committed to helping others, Rachael has always placed strong relationships at the heart of what she does. She takes pride in creating positive connections with clients, colleagues, and the wider community. Many of the friendships she formed during her travels and throughout her career remain an important part of her life today.
Rachael has a daughter who lives in Hamilton with her partner, and she is incredibly proud of the life she has built. Now calling Rotorua home, Rachael enjoys the lifestyle, natural beauty, and strong sense of community that make the region such a special place to live.
