Hawke’s Bay is my home – after 14 years living overseas, I was proud to be able to bring my wife and four children to my hometown, to raise them in a safe and beautiful part of the world. We are absolutely spoilt in terms of beaches, wineries and events, not to mention great weather.
Raised in Taradale, I moved to Australia when I was 22. Like many Kiwis, I headed to Australia, to make my mark on the world. As a qualified plumber, I started my own business at 24, and at 25, purchased two blocks of land to build a spec home on each. Since then, I have completed several projects, from renovations to new builds, to subdivisions. “This experience has allowed me to have a greater understanding of the real estate market. I’ve learnt what makes a good investment, the pitfalls of getting it wrong, and most importantly how to ensure you get the most out of your property when it comes time to sell.”
