With 16 years of Property Management experience spanning administration, finance, property management and senior leadership, Nadia Aoake brings a wealth of industry knowledge, commercial insight and a genuine passion for people to her role as General Manager of Tremains Property Management.
Having built her career from the ground up, Nadia understands the realities of property management firsthand. This experience shapes her practical, solutions-focused leadership style, allowing her to navigate challenges, identify opportunities and make informed decisions that balance business performance with the needs of landlords, tenants and her team.
Responsible for the growth, performance and strategic direction of Tremains Property Management, Nadia is driven to build a successful, forward-thinking business without compromising the values and service standards that underpin lasting relationships. A highlight has been the successful establishment and growth of the Wairarapa division, recognised as a national finalist in the 2026 REINZ Awards for Excellence for Residential Property Management Office – Small.
