Beginning her real estate career in sales, Chelsea built a successful business with a strong focus on client service, relationships and delivering results. She later moved into sales leadership, where she successfully led and developed high-performing teams.
Passionate about people, performance and growth, Chelsea works closely with salespeople to help them strengthen their businesses, build confidence and achieve their goals. Her leadership style is practical, supportive and commercially focused, with an emphasis on accountability and development.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Chelsea also brings a strong marketing and strategic perspective, alongside a willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her young family.
