Stuart Christensen is a former “rookie of the year” for both Tremains and the Professionals group, central region.Since then he has gone on to become a member of Tremains’ $10 million club through his record of consistent sales excellence.
Stuart was born and raised in Napier and previously spent 15 years as a cabinet maker. Transferring his expertise from cabinet making to real estate was a real challenge. But Stuart found there are traditional values and skills involved with both professions:“I believe understanding and integrity are old-fashioned values still critical to success today,” says Stuart. “When I meet new clients I listen with my ears and not my mouth to find out what’s important to them.
“I firmly believe in customer satisfaction and always go to great lengths to make my customers feel important and achieve the ultimate end result – success.” Dealing with people on a day-to-day basis remains one of Stuart’s passions and he prides himself on being honest and communicating well.
He has been married for 12 years to Leanne, with whom he has three sons – Joshua, Daniel and Jordan.His favourite activities include spending time with his family, fishing (especially for snapper) and renovating.
