Tremains Central Hawke’s Bay are delighted to welcome Kathie Davies to the role of Selling Sales Manager. Having started her real estate career in Central Hawkes Bay back in the early 1990's, Kathie has had 30+ years of experience as a sales consultant in New Zealand and Australia. Kathie holds a Diploma in Business and Front Line Management and completed her Managers Licence in 2004. She has an acute understanding of what it takes to be successful in this ever-changing industry. Kathie studied for her Auctioneers Licence and in 2009 (the year of the global housing recession) she began her own real estate business comprising of 7 offices in Tasmania. The timing was testament to her grit and determination to succeed especially given that the average days on the market to sell a property at that time, was 404.
An Ōtāne local, Kathie grew up in Central Hawke’s Bay and together with her husband Roger, they enjoy visiting their grandchildren who live in the area. Kathie enjoys gardening, cake decorating, trout fishing and getting away with Roger and their two dogs, Sacha and Flynn in their motor home. Being born and bred in CHB, Kathie has maintained many links to the area and knows it like the back of her suntanned hands. She is super excited to be going back to where it all began and is looking forward to helping clients navigate the sometimes, complicated process of property acquisition or disposal.
