Starting in the industry at age 21, real estate has always been a passion for Kate. Progressing from assisting, to marketing to selling has provided her with an invaluable foundation and skill set to provide an all-round cutting edge service to her clients. Having bought, renovated, tenanted, and flipped her own properties across different regions and markets, Kate has overcome challenges and experienced the process of a transaction and the customer experience from every angle. The ebbs and flows of changing market climates have enabled her to deliver a genuine and empathic approach.
Kate is equipped with a business forward mindset, having owned and ran both a marketing and an online retail business. She has also worked in the financial sales industry whilst gaining a Certificate in Accounting - this combination means she knows the importance of determination, drive, communication, and the value of integrity.
Loving living in the sunny Hawke’s Bay after being raised rural in the Manawatu, following a hiatus in Rotorua to experience the real estate industry further north - she's back home in rural Central Hawke’s Bay with her two young children - and their array of farm animals. Outside of showing properties, answering phone calls, and burning the midnight oil to make deals happen, you may find Kate planting trees, providing endless snacks to the kids, or cruising the local bush walks.
Kate believes that being trusted to represent and market someone's biggest asset, at what can be a highly emotional time, is nothing short of an honour.
