When face-to-face interactions resume, we will ask you to wear a mask and follow contact tracing rules. Our team will make sure safe distance protocols are followed to avoid physical contact. We will follow all Ministry of Health guidelines to help keep our community safe. And if you’re unwell, please stay home.

We have been here before which means we have a robust process in place when COVID-19 Alert Levels change. Please see below the real estate practice under alert levels.

• Alert Level 4: All offices are closed. Open Homes and private viewings are prohibited.
• Alert Level 3: All offices are closed. Open Homes are prohibited. Private viewings can take place by appointment only, with social distancing measures.
• Alert Level 2: Offices are open with social distancing measures. Open Homes are allowed with a maximum of 10 with social distancing measures. Private viewings are allowed
• Alert Level 1: Business as usual. All activity can resume as normal with good levels of hygiene a standard practice
