Simon has worked in the business since late 1993 and through his fortnightly comment keeps the public informed of the market as it is. Simon believes the company is built on trust and integrity and it is these two key elements that form the basis of Tremains.
Simon is married with four young children and is actively involved in the community through sports events and regular charitable Auctions.

Cam Ward joined Tremain Real Estate as a Company Director in 2012, expanding in his role as Managing Director of Tremains commercial arm, Colliers International Hawke’s Bay. Cam is involved in the overall management and running of Tremain Real Estate with a specific focus on sales support, training for the agents and dispute resolution.
Cam went to school at Napier Boys’ High School and then on to complete a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce from Otago University. After completing his studies, he worked as a lawyer in Gisborne before focusing his attention on rugby. Cam played semi-professional rugby in both New Zealand and overseas in Scotland and America.
