Terms and Conditions: 

1. This promotion is not associated with Whittaker’s Chocolate Limited.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Tremains staff, associated agencies, companies, and their families cannot enter the competition. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be residing in New Zealand at the time of the competition.
3. Entry: The competition is open to anyone who signs a 90-day exclusive Tremains agency agreement between 12 August 2024 and 15 October 2024 inclusive. Only valid in the Hawke's Bay, Central Hawke's Bay, Taupo, Rotorua, Wairarapa and Levin offices. This promotion does not apply in the Tauranga sales offices. 
4. Prizes: There are two grand prizes to be won, plus a second chance draw. The grand prizes are two vouchers: the first prize is a $15,000 grocery voucher* and the second prize is a $5,000 fuel voucher**. The second chance draw comprises 6 x 52 family chocolate blocks***.
5. Prize draw: All Vendor(s) who meet the criteria of signing a 90-day exclusive agency agreement between 12 August 2024 and 15 October 2024 inclusive will receive a Tremains chocolate block on 15 October, two of which will contain golden tickets. The lucky winner must contact your real estate agent as soon as possible and provide a proof of the golden ticket to claim their prize.
6. Prize Delivery: The vouchers will be delivered quarterly over a 12-month period in equal values. The year’s supply of chocolate will be gifted to the winners at the conclusion of the promotional period.
7. Validation: Tremains reserves the right to request entrants provide proof of age, identity and New Zealand residency. 
8. No correspondence: The decision of Tremains is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
9. Not transferable: The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable. 
10. Costs and tax: All other costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of, and at the cost of, the participant. Tremains is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning. 
11. No liability: Tremains and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any redemption item (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law. 
12. Information: Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use entrants’ names and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation.
