Angela has over 25 years of experience in customer service. Since joining the real estate industry in 2005 she has enthusiastically embraced all aspects of a career in Real Estate. She regularly attends courses relevant to the Real Estate profession and brings to the industry time management, excellent communication and outstanding negotiation skills.
Angela is known for her enthusiastic and positive approach to real estate. She believes in a personal touch, which is evident throughout her communication. Angela builds relationships where she listens and then suggests, rather than bullying. She puts a big emphasis on communication at all stages of the process.
Angela constantly works to find solutions and create fresh interest in the property she is selling. “I stay motivated. If we get a “no” from a buyer, I say “onwards and upwards and on to the next one.” Clients say nobody does it better than Angela, and that she is extremely helpful and offers exceptional service. Angela believes in going the extra mile, and that customer service is the most important element.
