Having spent 11 years as a Real Estate salesperson with Tremains from 1999 until 2011, my wife and I took a year out to work and travel in the UK – we unintentionally stayed on for 8 years, living in the city of Oxford, where I managed a beautiful private home and estate – during annual trips back to see children and grandchildren, the Hawkes Bay always reminded us what a beautiful place we would one day return to.
So in December of 2019, we landed - home for good.
A decision to accept Simon Tremain’s offer back into the Team was inevitable – I knew the ethos well, in which I had enjoyed success. My definition of success is: “living in line with my values, while having a positive impact on others”. Tremains had provided a great environment to work hard independently, yet function with the synergy of a well connected team – Two opportunities to win the Kel Tremain Cup was an honour, but just as important, was the enjoyment of connecting with people, and helping them buy and sell homes.
Now, as the Napier Sales Manager, I find many things have changed – many remain the same. I look forward to upholding the values of Tremains in encouraging our great Napier Sales Team to continue the professional and caring service to all clients, that has been provided by Tremains over the past 50 years!
