COVID-19 Precautions

Here at Tremains we are actively monitoring the evolving situation that is Covid-19.

We are following the guidance from the Ministry of Health to ensure we continue to deliver to all our clients the highest safety standards.

We have ensured that our sales and admin staff are always following good hygiene practices in the workplace. Also, we’ve made it mandatory for staff members who are currently travelling (with exception to the Pacific islands), or have travel plans in the near future, to go into isolation for 14 days upon their return and work from home.

Open Homes:
We urge open home attendees to follow our ‘open home’ instructions:

📍 If you’re sick, unwell or have recently travelled back from overseas, please refrain from coming into open homes and call the Tremains salesperson for an appointment at a later date
📍 We have a hand sanitiser available, please use it
📍We highly urge anyone attending our open homes to refrain from touching anything
📍If you would like to inspect a cupboard, wardrobe etc. at our open home, our friendly Sales Consultant will be more than happy to assist you
📍 Please let our Sales Consultant sign you into our open home
📍 All doors will be open, and shall remain open to minimise the risk of transmission via door handles
📍 If you would like a private viewing, please contact the agent directly.

Alternative viewings:

📌 If you don’t feel comfortable coming to an open home but are interested in a particular property, please contact the salesperson for a private viewing via video.
📌 If you then wish to proceed viewing the property in person, please contact the Sales Consultant for an appointment.

Information and communications:

Our staff and Sales Consultants have excellent resources to enable them to work from home to ensure all information is readily available for you as necessary.
We are committed to prioritising and putting the safety of our teams, clients, owners and tenants at the forefront of our planning around Covid-19.
We will assess the above guidelines as new information is released and keep you informed.

We thank you for your continued patience and support.
