Competition Terms & Conditions

Winner/s will be announced week commencing 3 November 2025.

Eligibility and Entry

The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be residing in New Zealand at the time of the competition and be able to travel to Auckland on the weekend of 16-18 January 2026. The competition is open to any homeowner who lists their property with Tremain’s between 1^st September 2025 and 5pm 31^st October 2025, inclusive. Competition entry is not dependent on property sale.

Exclusions
Only valid in the Hawke’s Bay, Central Hawke’s Bay, Taupo, Rotorua, Wairarapa, Feilding and Levin offices. This promotion does not apply in the Tauranga sales offices. Tremain’s staff, associated agencies, companies, and their families cannot enter the competition.

Prize Draw
All homeowner(s) who list their property between 1st September – 5pm 31st October inclusive will go into the draw. The winners will be drawn on week commencing 3 November 2025 and will be notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winner within two days, another winner will be drawn.

Results will also be published online at www.tremains.co.nz/GoodMovesComp

Prizes
The prize includes:

• 2 entry tickets to an international act playing in concert at Auckland’s Go Media Stadium on 17^th January 2026.
• 2 nights’ accommodation on Friday 16^th and Saturday 17^th January 2026 (check out Sunday 18^th January 2026) at Grand Chancellor Auckland hotel or similar level accommodation.
• Lunch for two on Saturday 17^th January at Soul Bar & Bistro, Viaduct Harbour Auckland to the value of $400
• Travel allowance of $500 provided as preloaded Prezzy Cards.
• A further $500 to assist with meals and entertainment provided as preloaded Prezzy Cards.

No correspondence
The decision of Tremains is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Not transferable
The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize must be taken on the weekend of Friday 16^th January 2026 to Sunday 18^th January 2026.

Travel
Organisation of travel to and from Auckland is the responsibility of the prize winner/s. The allowance of $500 outlined above, as a contribution to this travel, will be provided by way of Prezzy Cards.

Costs and tax
All other expenses incurred, including any travel costs above and beyond the allowance outlined above are the responsibility of the prize winner/s. Tremain’s is not liable for any tax implications that may arise because of winning this prize.

No liability
Tremains and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any redemption item (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law. We recommend prize winner/s take applicable travel insurance as they see fit.

Information
Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use entrants’ names and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to share trip photography and agree to be interviewed post-trip, if required, for Tremains marketing purposes.
